The mission of Just Totals is to advance kingdom principals in the market place by providing financial support services that will promote proper stewardship of all gifts, talents and resources. The focus will be to provide small businesses with cost effective, timely, accurate and customized bookkeeping, payroll and tax preparation services.  The studies are alarming and many sources say that 50% of small businesses fail within the first 5 years. There are various reasons stated; however, a consistent culprit is poor recordkeeping and financial controls, to include financial planning and review.  It will be the goal of Just Totals to consistently exceed client expectations with services rendered in areas that will initiate compliance and success. 

The management and staff of Just Totals have a passion to simply help others and understand that the success of Just Totals is codependent upon the success of our clients. Along with the desire to see others succeed management has a professional financial services background which includes investment advising, credit risk management and small business lending.  From this experience we found that many business owners have a wealth of knowledge concerning their product or services but need assistance with the financial concerns. Their weaknesses in this area often times made it difficult for them to advance their visions. Using the services of Just Totals will allow clients to free up their valuable time, save money and have peace of mind.

Just Totals will pay bills, issue invoices, record and deposit
payments, reconcile bank statements, track inventory, file taxes
and handle payroll. The services offered by Just Totals are intended to track the income and expenses of the business, including inventory and equipment purchases, in an effort to ensure the client’s bottom line (Totals) conforms to that which is correct (Just).
